For the past several years a 31-year-old man from India had been watching the tumor emerge from the back of his skull.

Following treatment, including chemotherapy, the mass continued to grow. He was feeling a heaviness in his head, which ached constantly, and his vision was blurred. Doctors in India say his brain tumour grew so big that it weighed nearly four pounds and measured nearly 20cm by 30cm by 30cm.
Doctors successfully removed the mass during an intensive, six-hour operation and explained that about 10 percent of the tumor was growing within the patients skull, putting pressure on his brain and causing him to lose his eyesight; if not treated successfully, it could have caused neurological damage or paralysis.
He is now recovering well and is expected to regain full eyesight.

“No fewer than 13 out of the 27 members of Imo Assembly have tested positive for coronavirus”

It was gathered the 13 tested positive on Monday when test was conducted on them.

In a swift reaction, the Special Adviser on Media to the Speaker, Emeka Ahaneku said the figure was outrageous, adding that only three members tested positive.

He said that many staff and members, who had undergone the test on Monday, turned out negative. “It is true that there are incidences of COVID -19 in the House but they are not up to five. The number people are quoting is outrageous. “A lot of staff and members were tested on Monday and results are yet to be released. So I don’t know where they are getting the number they are quoting” he said.

He however said that those who tested positive have been moved to the Isolation centre in Owerri.

Contacted, the Secretary to the Task Force on COVID-19, Dr. Austin Okeji, declined comment.

He said only the Health Commissioner could speak on the matter. “I cannot comment on it except the commissioner assigns me to speak.” But the Commissioner did pick calls when contacted.
